Prior to class, Darlene Ormsby will email you and request that you confirm your spot in class by submitting two documents required by the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program and two documents required by the Altoona Area Kennel Association, Inc. to attend their classes.

YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED IN THE CLASS UNTIL THE FOUR REQUIRED FORMS ABOVE ARE SUBMITTED WHEN REQUESTED TO CONFIRM YOUR SPOT IN CLASS.
Documents required by the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program:
- Responsible Dog Ownership Pledge
- Proof of Vet Care
- AAKA, Inc. Waiver
- Class Registration Form

All class participants need to follow the club's Covid Guidelines, which meets or exceeds guidance from the AKC Best Practices for the Well-Being of Dog Sport Participants and the PA DOH and CDC. If you desire, you may wear a mask. We ask that you please do NOT enter the training building if you were exposed to Covid and have Covid Symptoms. As suggested by CDC, "Stay home and away from others until your symptions are getting better and are fever free without meds for 24 hours, then take added precaution for the next five days."
